Compensation for surrogates from New Jersey
BASE FEE: $50,000 to $65,000
Plus additional compensation for procedures and all expenses.

On May 30, 2018, Governor Phil Murphy signed the Gestational Surrogacy Act, effective immediately. Our founder, Meryl B. Rosenberg, Esq. is admitted to the bar in New Jersey and is especially excited about the new law.
This legislation regulates gestational surrogacy agreements and makes them enforceable while providing protections for all parties involved. It provides for pre-birth orders, allows for payment of reasonable living expenses for the gestational carrier, in addition to medical, legal, and counseling expenses during the pregnancy and the post-partum period. Most important, it protects the children born through gestational carrier arrangements.

To qualify as a gestational surrogate in New Jersey — you must be:
The mother of at least one child
Healthy, non-smoker, with a BMI of 32 or lower
Financially stable
21 to 44 years old
