“I have been so fortunate to be a gestational carrier for three wonderful couples, and currently am working on my fourth and final journey. I have been lucky to find such a connected attorney through all of this in Meryl. She has been very open with answering any questions I have had throughout my pregnancies, and she stayed in contact with me after I gave birth.

I never thought I would experience an event in my life that could match the amazing feeling of becoming a parent. But being able to bring a child into this world to a couple who can’t have a child, was right up there with that amazing feeling. I always tell people that I have been blessed to be able to be a surrogate, because in that delivery room, when you see that couple holding their beautiful baby that you helped to bring into this world, there is no emotion to describe it except pure joy!”

“I first met Meryl when I contacted her to express my interest in becoming a surrogate. That initial meeting led to meeting my first set of intended parents. I loved my relationship with the intended parents. We successfully delivered twins, a boy and a girl. Both healthy and beautiful. Seeing them with their babies — that was why I chose surrogacy. To be able to help someone complete their family, there is no greater joy.

We still keep in touch and it is hard to believe those babies are now two-year-old toddlers! I am now involved with a new set of intended parents, and hoping to be able to give them what they want so dearly as well — a baby.
